"This review is long overdue. I had a great experience with this company, even though our job was challenging. We had to re-lay the ceramic tiles on a historic home, and the city was very specific about several elements of the job because it was a historic house. Plus, it happened during Covid lockdown, which meant that the permit process was a mess. They hung with us through it all. Angel and his crew were great. We had to do cement packing on the roof tiles, which very many roofers do not want to do. At the end of the job, Angel came to our house and personally fixed a few details that I had noted. Bottom line: They told us exactly what they were going to do, and they did it. And all of that for a reasonable price. In my experience with contractors, that is very unusual."

"I'd give SRS 10 stars if I could. The estimator was on time, knowledgeably, helpful, took time to explain pricing and materials and gave us a senior discount that we didn't ask for. Repair crew was on time, quick and did more work than asked for (painted all our metal vent pipes and flashing). The estimator took photos of where repairs were needed, the repair crew used those photos, then the quality control guy - SRS owner Scott Sund - took pictures of the work that was done and sent us both sets so we could see for ourselves without having to climb on the roof. Scott Sund personally showed up to inspect and gave us a further $100 discount because a piece of tile had fallen during repair and cut through one of our screens - we told him it only cost $20 to rescreen but he insisted on the $100 discount!. A friendly, professional company that knows how to treat customers."

"Thanks to everyone at SRS Roofing for repairing my leaky roof, and replacing two dozen broken cement tiles. Alexx came out provided me with a fair and accurate quote for repairs, and didn't try to sell me a whole new roof like another company did. Jessica in the office kept me updated on everything going on with scheduling and paperwork. Finally a big thank to Moro, the tech who did the work. Said he would be there between 8am-9am, I looked out my window at 8:10 and his truck was here. He kept me updated with pictures throughout the day. Did quality work and left jobsite spotless. Got quote Monday morning, repairs completed by Friday afternoon. I could found a cheaper price, but I'm sure it would have been cheaper work."

" I had several roofing contractors come out but this company, while not the cheapest, was by far the most knowledgeable. They also took pictures of everything before they did the work to show me where the leak was. Then took pictures and sent them to me of each phase of removing the tiles, and replacing them and putting the new material down so that there are no more leaks. They insisted that I do not pay until I see the pictures and was happy. Fantastic work and would absolutely recommend them and use them again if I need any further repairs. "
